Education has its share of myths: beliefs that there was a golden age of student behavior or academic rigor, the story of the little red schoolhouse or how summer vacation has its roots in the agrarian calendar. The problem with myths is that they tend to crumble upon further scrutiny.

You're invited to join us on Friday, October 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Memorial Union Alumni Lounge (#202) for an All Things Open Access session led by Head Librarian for Open Science and Scholarly Communication, Anali Perry

The Yidan Prize Conference will bring together experts, educators, and policymakers to discuss the latest trends and innovations in education and to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

This three-day event will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities. The conference will cover a wide range of topics including educational technology, curriculum development, teacher training, and educational policy.
