Discover the calming benefits of essential oils by creating your own mini essential oil roller! Swing by the Zen Den (Farmer 108) to mix essential oils to create personalized blends that promote relaxation and well-being.

This activity will introduce students to the use of essential oils as a tool for calming the central nervous system while incorporating deep breathing techniques. Take this opportunity to explore natural stress-relief methods and leave with a custom essential oil roller to support your wellness as we approach finals week.

Join us in the Zen Den (Farmer 108) for a creative and meaningful rock painting activity focused on kindness! Students will paint rocks with uplifting messages or images, either as a personal reminder or to leave for a stranger as an act of kindness.

This activity encourages students to embrace the concept of “paying it forward” by sharing joy with others in a simple yet impactful way. Whether you keep your rock or leave it for someone else to find, your message will leave a positive mark. Take part in spreading encouragement and compassion—one rock at a time.
