PAS Philippines invites proposals for projects that strengthen ties between the Philippines and the United States through programming that highlights shared values and promotes bilateral cooperation. All programs must include an American cultural element or connection with American expert(s), organization(s), or institution(s) in a specific field that will promote an increased understanding of U.S. policies and perspectives.  
 
Priority Program Areas 

The Public Diplomacy (PD) section of the U.S. Embassy Zimbabwe under the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for a Rural Reading Program. The PD section invites proposals from organizations to implement a secondary school reading program for girls in rural schools from the Matabeleland North Province. The program will improve English skills, literacy, communication capability, and critical thinking.  In partnership with the U.S.

The U.S. Embassy Tashkent Public Diplomacy Section (PD) of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition to create an English teaching association for past participants (“alumni”) of U.S. government-funded -English Speaking Nation (ESN) professional development programs and for other exceptional English language teachers throughout Uzbekistan.

For over 20 years, RWJF has been a national leader in childhood obesity prevention efforts across the nation. As we approach the conclusion in 2025 of the Foundation’s focused commitment to preventing childhood obesity, we want to ensure that work continues in ensuring all children and families in the U.S. can thrive. Through this call for proposals (CFP), we are interested in advancing efforts that will support, sustain, and evolve the work of organizations and communities that have been at the forefront of equity-oriented childhood obesity prevention.

The U.S. Mission Vietnam Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Department of State is pleased to announce that funding is available through its Public Diplomacy Grants Program.  This Annual Program Statement outlines our funding priorities, strategic themes, and the procedures for submitting requests for funding.  Please note that the agreement will be signed under a federal grant assistance form. The funding is not eligible for a service agreement.
