Each bag contains useful resources and coping tools that can be incorporated into daily routines to promote overall well-being. Whether you need a moment of calm or strategies to stay balanced, these goody bags offer simple yet effective ways to support your mental health. 

MLFC students are invited to join us in the Zen Den (Farmer 108) for Lucky Hands, Calm Hearts! Take a break from your studies and unwind with a fun and creative slime-making activity. Students will have the opportunity to make and decorate their own slime, using this hands-on experience to relax the mind and express creativity.

This activity promotes stress relief by offering a soothing and engaging way to refocus and recharge. Students will also learn how slime can be used as a coping strategy when feeling overwhelmed, providing a simple tool to support mental well-being. 

Take a moment to focus on self-love by creating your own affirmation jar! Join us in the Zen Den (Farmer 108) to write personal affirmations and place them in a jar, providing a daily reminder of your strengths, goals and what makes you amazing.
