Next Education Workforce Site Visits: Models in action
What do Next Education Workforce models look like in action? Join us to visit schools that are implementing team-based models.
Bring your team on a two-day Site Visit to Next Education Workforce schools and experience how team-based staffing models improve outcomes and experiences for educators and students.
The visit begins with an introduction to the Next Education Workforce, followed by site visits to either elementary or secondary settings. At each school, you will tour the learning space and interact with school leaders, educator team members and students.
After the site visits, you will work with the Next Education Workforce team to reflect on what you saw and consider how to apply what you’ve learned to your own context.
Site Visits end with multiple workshop sessions offering a deeper dive into the design and implementation of team-based strategic school staffing models. We encourage teams to attend together and to consider using the Site Visit as a shared experience that helps prepare you to launch your own Next Education Workforce models.
Who should attend? Next Education Workforce Site Visits are designed for educator teams, including schools and school system leaders. After visits to two schools, you’ll work directly with the Next Education Workforce team to apply what you have learned and plan your next steps.
What is the format? Site Visits are in-person and accommodate 50–150 people. Participants choose whether to visit two elementary or two secondary schools during their visit.
What is the cost? Early bird registration: $700; Regular price: $1000 (including transportation between schools, breakfast and lunch)
Register for an elementary or secondary school site visit below. Registration closes October 19.
