Join us for School Leader Launchpad, a workshop for school leadership teams  preparing to launch team-based school staffing models. This two-part workshop supports school leadership teams in designing and launching an effective model tailored to their school’s needs. Leadership teams will develop a clear vision, establish their “why” by exploring current challenges, and create an actionable implementation plan. 

This series will take place on February 12 and February 26. Registration closes February 4.

Format: Two, 3-hour virtual sessions
