At the Next Education Workforce, we help educators, schools and their communities build and sustain teaching teams that improve outcomes for both educators and students. Conventional staffing models limit collaboration and overburden teachers, making it hard to achieve the outcomes that matter most. Our models organize educators into teams that share responsibility for a roster of students, unlocking new possibilities for teaching and learning and delivering measurable improvements in both educator and student outcomes.
