<p>The Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR) is the State Agency for Higher Education for Arizona. ABOR and the Arizona Department of Education (ADE), working together, are authorized to use these funds for subgrants to competitive, eligible partnerships between an institution of higher education with a teacher preparation program; a Community college and private university programs wishing to participate in and/or benefit from this project are strongly encouraged to contact Maryn Boess as early as possible to discuss and coordinate your possible participation.
<p>NBAZ Charities seeks to provide support and resources to non-profit agencies that are dedicated to improving lives in Arizona. NBAZ Charities will accept proposals that benefit and support: affordable housing; economic development; arts and culture; education; community services; health/human services; neighborhood stabilization.</p>
<p>The Landmarks of American History and Culture program supports a series of one-week workshops for K-12 educators. NEH Landmarks of American History and Culture Workshops use historic sites to address central themes and issues in American history, government, literature, art, music, and related subjects in the humanities. Each workshop is offered twice during the summer. Workshops accommodate thirty-six school teachers (NEH Summer Scholars) at each one-week session. At least one workshop week must serve a national audience and provide housing for participants.

<p>The Arizona State University Sustainability Initiatives Revolving Fund was established in fiscal year 2010 to invest in projects that foster and enable sustainability efforts and provide an economic return on investment. SIRF funds are available to all ASU community members. The SIRF is comprised of the following three tiers:</p>
<p>Tier 1 University Community Sustainability Grants: Smaller projects that are designed to build a campus sustainability culture and promote student engagement.
<p>The Lyle Spencer Research Awards Program is intended to support intellectually ambitious research oriented to improving the practice of education, independent of any particular reform agendas or methodological strictures. It supports projects with budgets up to $1 million. In this program, we envision a large-minded conception of educational practice that encompasses formal and informal learning as well as the institutional, policy, and normative frameworks that influence and are influenced by learning and developmental processes.
