Overview
<p>The intent of the Quality First Statewide Assessment Strategy is to implement evidence based assessment practices for up to 1,063 number of center-based and home-based Quality First participating programs across the state of Arizona. First Things First will fund one Applicant to implement the Quality First Assessment component of Quality First, Arizona’s voluntary Quality Improvement and Rating System. Quality First enrolls regulated early care and education programs serving children birth through age five that are not in kindergarten. The goal of this funding opportunity is to link seamlessly with all components of Quality First by providing a comprehensive assessment of early care and education programs in alignment with best practice standards.</p>
