America Reads

Educating students, developing leaders, achieving together

America Reads at ASU partners with local schools and community centers to send a team of paid college student-tutors to pair with children from low income areas at Title I schools. A mentor relationship is fostered via small-group interactive activities targeting Arizona Academic Standards in reading, writing, and math. The program also provides educational resources for families.
