Stress-Free Swirls

MLFC students are invited to join us in the Zen Den (Farmer 108) for Stress-Free Swirls, a creative and calming experience where students will use Skittles and water to craft a one-of-a-kind masterpiece! This hands-on activity blends the soothing aspects of art therapy with the joy of creativity, allowing participants to take a break from daily stressors and focus on the simple yet mesmerizing process of fusing water and color.

No artistic experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore the relaxing effects of art. Come unwind, express yourself and make a vibrant creation of your own with your peers.
