Blooming Bracelets

April showers bring May flowers! Celebrate this spring season with us in the Zen Den (Farmer 108) through Blooming Bracelets, a wellness event crafted to foster positivity.

Express your creativity while reinforcing the power of positive self-talk through bracelet-making with your peers. Various supplies including beads, strings and charms will be available for students to design unique bracelets featuring uplifting words and personal “I” statements.

This hands-on activity encourages students to practice positive affirmations, build confidence and embrace self-love.
