Physical activity courses
Get fit, have fun and earn credit with a physical activity course!
Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation offers a variety of classes, from archery to Zumba, and everything in between. The focus of each class is for students to learn the sport or activity — not compete. Courses offer students basic skills and provide an understanding of the health benefits of physical activity and wellness practices.
The instructors are experts in their field and classes are designed for all levels and for those with adaptive needs. Classes are open to all ASU students, faculty and staff, and offered at the Tempe, Polytechnic, Downtown and West campuses.
