Funding Amount: Not specified. The District fully anticipates that sufficient funds will be available for this purchase, however funds are not currently available. Any contract awarded under this proposal will be conditioned upon the availability of funds.

It is the intent of the District to award a multi-term contract. The initial contract term shall be starting effective July 1, 2020 with expiration date of June 30, 2021. If all conditions are met during this period of time, this contract can be extended, if funding is available, for up to an additional four (4) one year contracts ending as of June 30, 2025.

It is anticipated that a contract under this RFP will be multiple awarded. The District has determined that multiple vendors are necessary and advantageous to ensure the availability of services that conform to the District’s requirements.

Overview

<p><strong>Purpose</strong></p> <p>Pursuant to provisions of the School District Procurement Rules, the Chandler Unified School District desires to develop a long-term contract with qualified firms to provide information-rich professional development and leadership training workshops, material, and consulting services, which will build the knowledge and skills of District administrators, educators, and staff.</p> <p><strong>Scope of Services</strong></p> <p>The District is seeking creative proposals that offer engaging professional learning and leadership training targeted to certified, classified, and administrative staff (Pre K-12). Any contract resulting from this solicitation shall be for the use of the consortium members. In order to participate in any resultant contract, a public entity must have entered into a cooperative purchasing agreement with the consortium. No volume is implied or guaranteed. Other Information:<p><strong>Question and Answer Period</strong></p> <p><strong></strong><span>All questions related to this solicitation shall be in writing and emailed to Michelle Uhlorn at <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a&gt;. Any correspondence related to a solicitation shall refer to the appropriate solicitation number, page and paragraph number. All questions shall be responded to as soon as possible. Emails should refer to RFP number and title in the subject line. Questions should be listed in consecutive order, from beginning to end, following the organization of this RFP. Each question should begin by referencing the RFP page number and section number to which it relates. Questions will not be accepted after Thursday, April 23, 2020.</span></p> <p><strong>Proposal Submission Details</strong></p> <p><span>Proposals are due May 8, 2020 by 11:00 am. Proposals must be sealed and may be presented in person or mailed (no faxed copy will be accepted) at the address listed in this solicitation. Proposals will be time stamped when received. Proposals received after the stated opening time will not be considered and will be returned to the offeror.
