Overview

<div>Lewisville Independent School District is seeking to retain qualified persons and/or companies to provide professional services in the area of Special Education. This is a subsequent/supplemental proposal. All vendors are encouraged to participate.</div> <div></div> <div>The term of this proposal shall be from date of award which is tentatively scheduled for May 11, 2020, through April 2023. This bid will run concurrent with RFP #F1002-17, RFP #F1002A-17, RFP #F1002B-17, RFP #F1002C-17 and RFP #F1002D-17 Special Education Professional Services.</div>

Solicitation Limitations: <div></div> Other Information:<div>Final evaluations of this proposal will be based on the Texas Educational Code §44.031(b). Evaluation of pricing will be based on Unit Price value to be submitted on the ”PRICING SHEET”. Evaluation criteria for this RFP will be per the following:</div> <ul> <li>Purchase Price - 50 Points</li> <li>Reputation of the vendor and vendor's goods or services - 10 Points</li> <li>Quality of the vendor's goods or services - 17 Points</li> <li>Extent to which the goods or services meet the district's needs - 10 Points</li> <li>Vendor's past relationship with the district - 2 Points</li> <li>Impact of district's compliance with laws and rules relating to Historically Underutilized Businesses - 1 Points</li> <li>Total long-term cost to the district - 0 Points</li> <li>Principal place of business or number of employees in the State - 0 Points</li> <li>Other relevant factors specifically listed in this proposal - 10 points</li> </ul> <div>Total Points - 100</div>
