Neighborhood Grants

Overview

<p><span>Our Neighborhood Grants support organizations working at the community level, providing nutrition education and food access programs to </span><span>kids</span><span>. From school and community g</span><span>a</span><span>rdens to </span><span>youth</span><span> cooking classes, our partners offer a variety of programs that are </span><span>interactive</span><span>, </span><span>educational</span><span>, and fun</span><span>! </span><span>S</span><span>ince 2016, the </span><span>Sprouts Healthy Communities </span><span>Foundation has awarded more than $2 million in Neighborhood Grants to 230 nonprofit organizations.</span><span> </span></p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW155232165 BCX0"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW155232165 BCX0">Applications for the Neighborhood Grant program will be accepted May 20, 2020 through July </span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW155232165 BCX0"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW155232165 BCX0">20</span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW155232165 BCX0"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW155232165 BCX0">, 2020 at 5pm PT. Grants ranging in size from $1,000 to $10,000 will be awarded to organizations demonstrating a strong commitment to </span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW155232165 BCX0"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW155232165 BCX0">Nutrition/Healthy Food Education, Nutrition/Healthy Food Access, </span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW155232165 BCX0"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW155232165 BCX0">and</span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW155232165 BCX0"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW155232165 BCX0"> programs teaching Healthy Lifestyles and Behaviors</span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW155232165 BCX0"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW155232165 BCX0">. </span></span></p>
