Overview

<p>Evanston/Skokie School District 65 requests proposals from organizations to partner and co-lead in the development and execution for a comprehensive leadership development program for aspiring Assistant Principal and Principals.<br>Project Description:<br>Evanston/Skokie School District 65 seeks proposals to develop and execute a new leadership development program to launch in SY 2022 school year. This document serves as a Request for Proposal for qualified partners to co-lead in the building and implementation of a comprehensive leadership development program that is centered on developing and preparing equity centered leaders to successfully lead District 65 schools. The program will target a cohort of up to 15 aspiring Principals and Assistant Principals, both internal and external, who are interested in enhancing their leadership skills and exploring leadership opportunities within District 65. This program aligns with the priorities of the District 65’s internal improvement plan to consistently develop a pipeline of school leaders who are current in district philosophy and practice. Upon final evaluation and any agreed-upon modifications of the inaugural year's program, District 65 intends to offer the program in subsequent years (annually).<br>D65 is reaching out to a range of potential partners and will evaluate all applications, in order received, to select a partnership and direct funding in a manner consistent with our priorities.</p> <p>Program Goals:</p> <p>● To support aspiring leaders in developing their leadership skills to and achieving their leadership goals;<br>● To build a pipeline of equity-centered school leaders to positively impact student achievement in District 65.</p>
