Overview

<p>Cenpatico Integrated Care is the Regional Behavioral Authority (RBHA) for eight counties in southern Arizona. Cenpatico IC serves Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz and Yuma counties. With the mission of “Empowering Communities…Inspiring Hope,” every year Cenpatico IC takes a percentage of net profits and gives back to community organizations who are interested in improving the health and lives of those living in the communities Cenpatico IC serves. Cenpatico IC will accept proposals that benefit and support:  Programs that would improve the overall health and wellness of adults, children, and/or transition aged youth. Programs that would improve the quality of life in a community.  Programs that educate and support low-income community members to become self-sufficient.  Programs that are sustainable.  Funding to start a peer-run business.  Programs that support underserved populations, e.g. veterans, seniors, LGBTQ, communities of color, etc.</p>

Solicitation Limitations: <p>Cenpatico IC will accept proposals to fund a new program or to improve an existing program. The project must be for a community in the counties that Cenpatico serves: Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz and Yuma. In addition, the following are excluded from funding: Cenpatico IC will accept multiple proposals from a qualified organization. Proposals may be submitted for a maximum of $10,000 each. The total granting pool depends on fund availability at the time.</p>
