A degree in education can open many doors and opportunities. Students in Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation’s Educational Studies program are pursuing careers where education is core to an organization’s function and purpose, even if it may not be through a typical classroom environment.

With built-in applied learning experiences—including a two-semester internship—students gain hands-on practice in creative problem-solving, effective communication, collaboration and leadership. The educational studies degree prepares them to work with children, youth and adults within nonprofit settings, community-based organizations, civic organizations and businesses, or even to launch or scale their own learning-focused businesses.

Hear from these students about their experiences with the program, which is available both in person and online.
