Carole Basile, dean of Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College, discusses the appeal and expansion of the Next Education Workforce models with EducationWeek.

“Through the Next Education Workforce initiative, colleges of education, schools and others can build a better and different kind of education workforce and learning environment,” says Basile.

Basile argues that teams of educators, with a variety of expertise, can deliver deeper and more personalized learning to students.
