the Future of Women in Leadership, presented in partnership with Haigazian
University, Beirut, Lebanon featuring: Shoghig Kaloussian and Suha Safiyideen.
This presentation explores the pivotal role of developing a leadership vision statement for
women in academia. It delves into various leadership styles, their inherent values, and the specific barriers women face within academic institutions. The session will provide actionable strategies for effective communication to foster change agents and cultivate relationships with colleagues and collaborators.
Attendees will learn to identify critical gaps, devise comprehensive action plans, and implement follow-up measures to track and ensure success. This presentation aims to equip participants with the tools to navigate and overcome challenges, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for women leaders in academia.
