Redefining the Blueprint of Women Leadership in Academia

ASU staff and faculty are invited to join us for Redefining the Blueprint of Women Leadership in Academia, presented in partnership with Haigazian University, Beirut, Lebanon featuring: Shoghig Kaloussian and Suha Safiyideen.

This interactive workshop is designed for faculty and staff members aspiring to leadership roles in academia with a focus on promoting women leadership. Participants will engage in activities to develop a shared leadership vision statement, explore various leadership styles, and understand the values associated with each. 

The workshop will also cover effective communication strategies to cultivate change agents within institutions. Attendees will identify common barriers and challenges women face in their academic journeys and collaboratively create actionable plans to overcome them. The session will conclude with methods for measuring success and ensuring continuous progress toward leadership goals.
