Gratitude Goody Bags

Take a moment to share the warmth of gratitude with your wellness coach!

Join us for a restorative break in room 108 of the Farmer Building to decorate fall-themed goody bags! You'll have the opportunity to fill your bag with items that help promote relaxation, self-care and gratitude. On days when a moment of mindfulness is needed, these items can serve as a great reminder of everything you appreciate.

Supplies will be provided!
