Elements-aligned Deep Dives: Strategic Team Planning
This two-morning, four-session Elements-aligned Deep Dive series empowers educators to draft a strategic plan that will serve as a blueprint for the year ahead. This series provides Next Education Workforce teams with guidance and time for goal-setting; preparing to tend to the health of the team; planning how they will support students and families; and making tactical decisions about space, scheduling and educator roles.
