Program description

The MEd program in learning design and technologies prepares students to build critical competencies related to designing effective online learning. It prepares students to use technology effectively to meet the needs of learners.

This program centers on the development and review of educational structures and emphasizes the design of learning environments, systems, applications, and instructional materials. Students gain skills in planning, designing, implementing and evaluating instruction for multiple learning contexts.

Students take on education challenges and apply knowledge gained through coursework to a variety of projects, with a key area of focus formed around cutting-edge educational technology.
