Michele loves working with students and has over 10 years of experience in higher education in a variety of roles at several universities. As Wellness Coach at the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College, she empowers students to focus on their overall wellness and to lead healthy, well-balanced, fulfilling lives. Using an individualized, holistic approach, Michele helps students identify their strengths, build resilience skills, and adopt a growth mindset to accomplish personal, academic, and career goals. Michele is passionate about helping students discover what motivates them and define their own meaning of success. She strives to make learning, self-discovery, and the workplace a fun experience for all!
