Current Research Projects:
In one set of studies, Dr. Buss is examining doctoral students' development of identities as educational leaders and educational researchers. In related work, he is exploring doctoral program influences on program graduates' work as scholarly and influential practitioners and how action research influences that work.
In another set of studies, Dr. Buss and colleagues are examining what happens when we infuse technology into the College's teacher preparation courses; and its effects on technology integration by teacher candidates as they work toward conducting instruction in their classrooms.
