Chelsea has strong interests in online instructional design, practice-oriented educator training, curriculum development, and project management. She marries these interests in her role as Associate Director of Design on MLFTC’s Next Education Workforce Initiative team, where she collaborates with faculty to design online learning experiences for those entering new educator roles. Prior to her tenure with ASU, Chelsea worked with Columbia University and the NYC Department of Health to design online learning experiences, led instructional design at Relay Graduate School of Education, and spent seven years teaching and leading in secondary schools. She has a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from National Louis University and a BA in English Language and Literature and French Studies from Dartmouth College.
