Chelsea has expertise in instructional design, practice-oriented educator training and project management. She marries these interests in her role as Associate Director of Design on MLFTCs Next Education Workforce Initiative team, where she leads development of the Next Education Workforce Resource Collection and collaborates with faculty and P-12 educators to design learning experiences for those entering new educator roles. Chelsea is also an independent instructional design consultant and planning strategist and is proud to have worked with the following organizations throughout her career: Center for Practice Innovations at Columbia University, the New York City Department of Health, Modern Epic, Benefits Data Trust, Bloom Planning, Together Education and BraidED Media. Prior to her tenure with ASU, Chelsea was the Director of Core Curriculum Design at Relay Graduate School of Education and spent seven years teaching and leading in secondary schools. She has a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from National Louis University and a BA in English Language and Literacy and French Studies from Dartmouth College.
