This webinar will explain the Preparing Educators for Arizona’s Indigenous Communities (PEAIC) program at Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College.

The PEAIC Program, is geared towards transfer students who have received their associates degree in education/ any field, who are interested in becoming educators in Arizona’s Indigenous communities. The PEAIC is a grant-funded scholarship, it will cover the cost of tuition, fees (enrollment), material/ supplies and a technology stipend. PEAIC is an online program. After a PEAIC student graduates from ASU, in receiving either a BAE or BAS degree. PEAIC will assist the student receive a teacher certification. In return the student must work at a school with a high population of American Indian students, for the same time the student was funded.
