Hi my name is Lauren Barrett and I am a student ambassador here at the Mary Lou Fulton teachers college in Tempe. I am currently a junior seeking my degree in secondary education history with a minor in mathematics. As a Tempe native and daughter of two ASU graduates I was born to be a Sun Devil. I have been attending ASU football games for as long as I can remember and look forward to another season, win or lose they are still my number one team! I'm very passionate about literature and wholeheartedly believe in its historical, contemporary, and future significance for students. My favorite thing to do here at Arizona State University is to grab coffee with friends at Starbucks or study. I love the close-knit feel of the Teacher's College as well as the many opportunities we as students are presented with to become involved within our college as well as the community. My name is Dotti Stuart and I am a sophomore studying Secondary Education with a concentration in mathematics. My favorite thing to do at ASU is to sit in busy places and observe people from different cultures. I also enjoy working out at the SDFC. One of the best things about the teachers college is the intimate classes that allow me to personally engage with the subject, my classmates, and the professor. Also there are sensational programs put on throughout the year that foster friendships and encourage interactions. Aside from being an ambassador I am also a Community Assistant living in Hassyampa with the teachers college, serve on the Teachers College Council executive board, and a mentor for the Barrett Mentoring Program.
