Doctor of Education (EdD) - International Executive Doctoral Program in Higher Education Administration

The International Executive Doctoral Program in Higher Education Administration responds to increased demand for enhanced educational leadership in higher education with an international and comparative emphasis. The cohort program structure allows full-time campus administrators to pursue a terminal degree to assure sustained leadership in their respective institutions of higher education, while working full-time on their campuses. Program goals are to develop leaders with knowledge, skills, and deep understandings necessary to lead innovation and change for globalization in higher education in the colleges and universities of the future.

Critical areas of higher education administration addressed: evolving concepts in leadership, action research as a leadership tool, utilization and support of research efforts by others, program evaluation, organizational psychology, and sustainability in program innovation.
