There are multiple tracks in the elementary education program. Graduates completing all requirements receive a master's degree (MEd) and an institutional recommendation for Arizona teacher certification in grades 1-8. Program tracks are designed for evening students (MAC), students teaching on an intern certificate (InMAC), and students who want a full day immersion experience (iTeachAZ).

The coursework meets structured English immersion (SEI) state requirements and provisional English as a second language (ESL) endorsement.

This program emphasizes practical classroom applications based on the latest theory, research and best practices.
