BEST: Building Educator Support Teams

The BEST Program differentiates professional development for teachers throughout their life cycle of teaching and builds on the capacity of leadership within the educational system. The program is job-embedded and systemic, and provides a seamless continuum of professional development from induction through leadership. In every component, an emphasis is placed on teacher quality and student achievement.
