COMPUTER LABS
There are four Computer Support labs, open to all staff and students in the Mary Lou Fulton Institute and Graduate School of Education as well as students enrolled in Fulton Education classes. The PC labs, located in Payne 122, Payne 213, and Payne L1-24 may be reserved by instructors for use by classes. The Open lab, located in Payne 122, is available for use during lab hours and cannot be reserved.
EQUIPMENT
Computer Support provides audio/visual/computing equipment such as TVs with DVD/VCRs, projectors, computers, etc. to College instructors for use in classes.

- Media carts with laptop and projector set up
- Tape recorders
Equipment check-out procedure
To reserve equipment, call 965-2126, visit the front desk in Payne 122 or send an email to coecs@asu.edu which includes your name, phone number, equipment needed and the date and time of the reservation. We will confirm your reservation by email. We request 24 hrs. notice for equipment reservations.
If you need the equipment before the lab opens or after it closes, you need to pick up the equipment early and keep it secure until you can return it to the lab.
Equipment used off-campus requires permission from Property Control. The necessary form is available at the Computer Support front desk. Once complete, return the form to the Computer Support front dask for faxing to Property Control.
Please return all equipment to the Computer Support front dask and inform the staff. Make sure to have the equipment back on time so that it is available for the next person.

COMPUTER LAB USER POLICY
To ensure a safe and productive experience for all Computer Lab users, we ask that the User Policy guidelines are followed at all times:
- Food and drinks are not permitted in the lab. Bottle water must be kept sealed and in a book bag at all times.
- Installing software, downloading programs and browsing adult websites is not permitted.
- Please refrain from connecting or disconnecting any equipment or other property of the lab.
- Cell phones should be placed on vibrate, and calls should be answered outside the lab.
