studentsThe Division of Advanced Studies in Learning, Technology, and Psychology in Education is an interdisciplinary unit focused on research in psychology, technology, and sociocultural theory as applied to learning and development.

Faculty in the division work in areas focusing on STEM education (science, technology, engineering, and math), digital literacies, language and literacy education, applied linguistics, learning, measurement and statistics, school psychology, counseling, counseling psychology, and lifespan developmental psychology. Graduate students are prepared to be researchers, educators, clinicians, and practitioners in schools, colleges, universities, government agencies, and public and private organizations. Students are mentored into the community of scholars and practitioners as they participate in coursework, independent study, research projects, internships, clinical labs, and field-based experiences.
